Dr Nitisha

Research Assistant 2024-2025

DSC_2662Dr Nitisha received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar, India in 2013 and 2015. During her masters, she worked with Prof. Kamaljit Singh to evolve the synthesis of building blocks of Anti-tuberculosis hybrid drugs. Later, in 2022, she finished her doctoral thesis at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India, working with Prof. P. Venkatakrishnan to find new synthetic pathways for Pi-expanded coumarins.

Nitisha has joind us in 2024 to work on pi-extended systems with imprinted chirality.
